Evelix AI ("Evelix AI", "we", "us" or "our") is a software and artificial intelligence company based in Lebanon. We provide AI development, web and mobile application development, cloud and DevOps, database and custom software services, and we build and publish our own software products.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit evelixai.com (the "Website"), contact us, or otherwise interact with us. It also explains the choices and rights you have regarding your information.

  • Information you give us directly. When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, company name and the content of your message.

The Website relies on a small number of third-party services that may receive limited technical data such as your IP address:

  • Web hosting and content delivery, used to serve the Website and keep server logs for security and reliability.
  • Google Fonts, used to load the typeface displayed on the Website.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client and billing records are retained for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for as long as required by accounting, tax and legal obligations. Technical server logs are retained for a short period and then deleted or anonymised.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and hardened infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

We are based in Lebanon and our service providers may store or process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we take steps to ensure that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
